Harlan

Harlan is a more interesting character, because he's True Neutral. He does what he feels is the best option, for whatever reasons. Because of this, he used to side with the antagonist of the story, but now he sides with Alice and Charlie.

Not entirely happy about his hat, but I don't think I can do much better.
